Training a safer community
As a lifesaver, training and education is an area that we place great importance on so that our patrolling members have the sufficient skills to provide a professional water safety service on Long Reef Beach.
Nick Warby is the club's Chief Instructor or Director of Education. Nick and his team will ensure that every new and existing member obtain and reach all their training needs and desires throughout the given season. More information will be posted throughout the season on the courses that are available for members to acheive. 2009/10 Training Courses
This season the club is trying for the first time a specific school holiday course so that juniors can obtain either their SRC or BM in a given week just in time for summber. For more information click on the below links
